Founder, Concinnity Group
Mark is the founder of Concinnity Group, an organization design and alignment firm. In this capacity he has worked with numerous organizations in strategic restructuring as well as development of key executives and their teams. Prior to founding Concinnity, Mark worked for The RBL Group as a Principal Consultant, Managing Director of the Consulting Group, and President of the Solutions Business. Mark has also worked as a member of management teams in organization effectiveness and business transformation roles at Rockwell International, Amoco, and Media One.
