As the CEO of Olden Lane Inc., Mike oversees the activities of the firms broker dealer and registered investment advisor and has coordinated many of Olden Lanes groundbreaking subordinated debt transactions. Mike earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law, his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, and his A.B. from College of The Holy Cross. He has been a professor at City University of New York and an Adjunct Professor at Seton Hall Law School and St. Francis College. A regular speaker at credit union conferences and a consistent contributor to industry trade journals and podcasts, Mikes academic writings have also been published in some of the countrys leading legal and business journals.
