Michelle Stratton-Busek
Michelle Stratton-Busek is a solutions-focused, high-energy leader with 20+ years of leadership experience, seven of that being in Home Equity Lending. She is a customer centric leader who is determined to provide dynamic results, process improvements, and focused on team member growth opportunities. During her time with WSECU, Michelle had the opportunity to assist with creating and leading the Home Equity department which consistently achieved outstanding service levels, high production, and surpassed industry standards in turn times. She most recently was promoted to the Member Loan Center Manager and oversees the day-to-day processing and funding operations for all consumer loans through direct and indirect channels and monitors our dealership network of 650+ dealers.
