Mike Patrick is a Senior Director in WTW's Work & Rewards Practice. He has nearly 20 years of experience in compensation consulting with an emphasis on executive compensation and total rewards. Mike’s background includes work such as designing competitive pay programs, aligning pay with performance, articulating compensation strategies and evaluating annual and long-term incentive plans. Mike has extensive experience consulting across a wide range of credit union and financial services organizations. Mike has been a guest speaker on compensation matters to professional organizations and events including Alabama Compensation Association, Human Capital Institute, Nashville Area Total Rewards Association and Tennessee Compensation Symposium and has been published in Bloomberg Human Resources Report.
Mike earned a Master of Business Administration degree, as well as a Master of Labor Relations and Human Resources degree from Cleveland State University. He has also earned the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation from WorldatWork.
