Steve Langley
Credit union industry veteran, Steve Langley, is Managing Director, Strategic Advisory Services at Sievewright Associates, an SRM Company. Following his retirement from SchoolsFirst FCU in July 2023, Steve joined Sievewright to focus primarily on developing and fulfilling client engagements in the Strategic Planning and MergerMAP areas of our business. Additionally, Steve features as a keynote speaker in credit union industry conferences and events. Steve brings a wealth of experience and a highly impressive track record of success to our business. At SchoolsFirst, Steve served as SVP, Member Service Experience. Prior to that, he played a key role in the merger of Schools Financial CU (a $2.1 billion credit union) with SchoolsFirst FCU. Steves 30 years of credit union leadership experience also includes senior leadership roles as Chief Retail Officer, VP of Sales Service, Branch Operations, and Training and Development.
