Theresa is the CEO of the $128 million FRB Federal Credit Union, which serves the employees and retirees of the Federal Reserve System and the CFPB. She took over as CEO in 2017 when she retired as an officer of the Federal Reserve after a 29 year career with the staff of the Fed in Washington, DC. She served on the board of directors of the credit union for much of her Fed career, serving as chair and treasurer during her tenure. She presents a unique perspective as a current CEO, a former board member, and a former Federal Reserve official.
