Willis Chang
Willis Chang is the Digital Transformation Officer for Kinecta Federal Credit Union (Manhattan Beach, CA) reporting to the CIO, where he leads their Digital Transformation efforts and PMO office to execute strategy initiatives. He has served in many different roles over his 20-year career at Kinecta. Willis is also an active industry participant and is currently the Chair of the CUNA Technology Council Executive Committee.
