Anamita Mukherjee
Anamita Mukherjee is UFCU's Director of Organizational Development and is experienced in developing and leading a team in organizational effectiveness, learning and development, and internal communications to equip leaders and employees with best practices and tools that keep employees informed and engaged. Anamita fulfills the credit union's mission by being a change agent and building organizational capabilities. Shepherding large-scale change initiatives as well as employee engagement ensures employee hearts and heads are fully engaged on each journey. This has been demonstrated through receiving Gallup’s Workplace Excellence Awards for three years in a row.
Anamita shares her passion for the credit union movement via active board participation of the local Austin Chapter of Credit Unions. Anamita is involved in her local community as a Board Member of the Metro YMCA as well as a Girl Scout leader for two troops for the past 13 years.
