Renew your membership

Thank you for your CUNA Councils membership!

As member-led, member-run professional societies, we stand ready to fulfill our mission, supporting you with relevant content, learning opportunities, and resources that help you stay connected to your credit union community.

We offer four ways to renew:

#1 Renew with expresspay

We're excited to offer an ExpressPay option: it's the fastest and easiest way to renew!

You--or an individual at your credit union who is renewing on your behalf--may use personalized links to renew with NO LOG-IN required.

To obtain your ExpressPay link, refer to the personalized email sent directly to your inbox from cunacouncils@cuna.coop or contact us at hello@cuna.coop to receive your link.

#2 Online with login

Use your CUNA log-in to access your renewal (steps below).

Logging in to renew is recommended for individuals who hold more than one membership.

  1. On https://www.cuna.org, login with the red LOG IN button in the top right corner (username is full email address)
  2. Hover over your name (in blue) in the top right corner
  3. Click My CUNA in the pulldown menu
  4. In the My Profile box (right side with blue border), click My Account
  5. Click My Membership Renewals
  6. Click the Membership(s) to be renewed
  7. Proceed to checkout
  8. On the Order Summary page, click the PRINT button to download a receipt.*
  9. Click Log Out at the top

NOTE: For individuals who hold multiple Council memberships, each needs to be renewed and paid separately. After you've finished the checkout, navigate to My Account at the top of the page, then My Membership Renewals to return to the screen with your other renewals (rather than clicking the back button in your browser).

#3 By phone & for assisstance 

Call 800-356-9655 and press 0 to:

  • renew by phone
  • reset login/password
  • renew multiple memberships
  • update information (ie. title) or make changes
  • any other questions.

#4 By Mail

  1. Log-in to your account to download (or access your ExpressPay link) and print a copy of your renewal invoice.
  2. IMPORTANT! Include a printed copy of your renewal invoice with payment. Add your cart number, credit union, and full name to the check stub to avoid processing delays.
  3. Remit copy of invoice and payment via U.S. mail to: 

    Credit Union National Association, Inc.
    Box 78546
    Milwaukee, WI 53278-0546

  4. Allow 2 weeks for delivery and processing.

 

* LOOKING FOR A RECEIPT?

After you have renewed, watch your email for a confirmation.

A receipt will be available in your CUNA account. Using steps 1 -4 in the "online with log-in" instructions above, then navigate to My Orders and click to download (while the on-screen button reads "invoice," it will be a receipt indicating a paid balance).

 

Not renewing this year

If you do not intend to renew, email hello@cuna.coop and we'll update your account (and notices will stop). We'll miss you and hope to see you again in the future!
