2022 Turnover and Staffing Report

The 2022 Turnover and Staffing report was commissioned by the CUNA HR & Organizational Development Council and is being provided as an exclusive benefit of HR & OD Council membership.

The report summarizes the results of a survey requesting 2021 staffing data and based on a sample of 1,015 respondents. Reports from 2021 and 2020 are also available.

This report contains turnover and staffing data broken out by asset size, region, number of full-time employees, and more.
