Professional of the Year Award

This award honors one individual who exemplifies excellence in credit union human resources and/or organizational development. It recognizes individuals who, in all aspects of their chosen profession, consistently excel for the benefit of their credit union and the advancement of the cooperative movement.

Rising Star Award

This award recognizes and honors an emerging HR or organizational development professional in the credit union industry. The recipient of this prestigious award will be someone whose work demonstrates ongoing and exceptional growth. Their contribution to the future of the credit union industry is evident during the time they've been a part of the movement.

Excellence in HR & Organizational Development Awards

Early Bird Deadline: January 22, 2021

This award identifies, recognizes and honors credit unions that exemplify excellence in human resources and organizational development. It recognizes innovative approaches to serving members, recognizing their universal application to credit unions nationwide and sharing the solutions with our peers.

Top Community Contributor Award

This award recognizes the value and expertise shared with peers through collaboration within the Councils Community networking platform. The value generated by asking and answering questions and sharing documents and ideas is one of our greatest member-driven benefits. The winner is identified based on quality and quantity of contributions.
